Wing-It inventor Nick Woods has worked for over 30 years around the world as a welder and fabricator who currently resides in the Portland, Oregon area and holds 37 certifications. Initiation to the welding trade meant burns to his boots and feet with welding sparks and splatter. Replacing laces became spendy, and didn’t solve the problem of burned stitching at the top of his work boots.
